This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all payment transactions made through our platform, in compliance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.
By making a payment through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Payment Policy.

- Razorpay Payment Gateway (Secured by PCI DSS compliance)
1.2 Offline Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- Cheque (Subject to clearance)
- Cash Payment (At our office location only)
Note: For offline payments, booking confirmation will be provided only after payment clearance.
2. Payment Security
We prioritize the security of your financial information and comply with all applicable data protection laws:
- PCI DSS Compliance: All card payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateways
- SSL Encryption: All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology

- No Storage: We do not store your complete card details on our servers
- Secure Gateway: All payments are processed through Razorpay, a RBI-licensed payment aggregator

3. Pricing and GST
3.1 Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but bookings already confirmed will be honored at the original price
- Price changes will be clearly communicated before payment
3.2 Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- All services are subject to applicable GST as per the GST Act, 2017
- GST will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of booking
- GST Invoice will be provided for all transactions as per GST regulations

4. Payment Terms and Conditions
4.1 Booking Confirmation
- Booking is confirmed only upon successful payment receipt
- Payment confirmation will be sent via email and SMS within 24 hours
- In case of payment failure, booking will not be confirmed
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified time
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Advance Payment: Minimum 30% of total package cost at the time of booking
- Balance Payment: Remaining amount to be paid 15 days before travel date
- Last Minute Bookings: Full payment required at the time of booking for bookings made within 15 days of travel
- Payment reminders will be sent via email and SMS
4.3 Currency and Exchange
- All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR)
- For international payments, conversion will be done as per prevailing exchange rates
- Any currency conversion charges will be borne by the customer
5. Refund Policy
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have a transparent refund policy:
5.1 Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are processed as per the cancellation policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer portal
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking
- Processing time: 7-15 business days from the date of refund approval
5.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be credited to the same account/card used for payment
- For card payments: Refund will reflect in 5-7 business days
- For UPI payments: Refund will reflect in 2-3 business days
- For bank transfers: Refund will reflect in 3-5 business days
- Any transaction charges levied by payment gateway/bank will be deducted from refund amount
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Processing fees and service charges
- Third-party charges (visa fees, insurance, etc.) once processed
- Non-refundable hotel bookings and flight tickets
- Special offers and promotional discounts cannot be refunded
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges are applicable as per the following schedule:

7. Dispute Resolution and Grievance Redressal
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have established a grievance redressal mechanism:

7.2 Resolution Timeline
- We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours
- Resolution will be provided within 7 working days
- In case of complex issues, resolution may take up to 15 working days

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
